1 ) open image
2 ) menu "Image" -> "Adjust Border", set bottom to 50, set left top and right to 30
3 ) menu "Image" -> "Add Shadow"
4 ) layer list "New Layer", set fill "Transparent" and "Under" to the current layer
5 ) select fill pattern tool , press fill transparent areas button, click on image to fill pattern
6 ) add text
